This is the Terms and Conditions Agreement which serves as a legal agreement between you and JVDR FZ-LLC. JVDR FZ-LLC is registered in the UAE under a Professional License in RAK, UAE.
By gaining access and using our website to place orders online, in person, or any other mode of communication, you are indicating your acceptance to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement as an individual or if you are agreeing to this agreement on behalf of your company, then “you”, “customer” or “client” means your company, and you are binding your company to this agreement. Content provided to you on JVDR FZ-LLC (the “Website”) defines our tools and services (“Service” or “Services”). If however, you do not find these terms and conditions acceptable, please do not use this website and exit immediately.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you are claiming you have the legal right and the ability to use this website within the terms and conditions stated herein.

Customer Obligations

Our Services shall not be used by Customer with a wrongful purpose or intent.
If due to poorly prepared data provided by the customer, the company suffers loss or damage, the Customer will need to compensate for such damages.
The customers agree to indemnify the com of JVDR FZ-LLC, its employees, agents, and third-party vendors, and to defend and hold each member of the company’s team involved in the production and delivery harmless, from any and all claims and liabilities (including attorney fees), or from any other loss or damage of whatever kind which may result from the customer’s unauthorized use of material obtained from the internet.

Price, Payment Method

  • Prices on the quotation are clearly marked in US Dollar
  • Payment should be processed and completed by credit card, bank payment, or money on delivery.
  • When an order is paid 50% upfront, the remaining 50% is expected to paid on delivery and failure to pay the remaining balance we would have to withhold the product.
  • Proof of payment should be shared with us for all payments made before we are able to proceed with the production of content.
  • Banks might take up to two business days for any transactions to appear on their system, which can cause a delay in the production of orders if you wait till the last minute to make payment. Please be advised.
  • It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure certain information provided, for the aim of the Order and its delivery, are correct with enough funds or credit facilities readily accessible to cover the total cost of the products

Value Added Tax

From January 1st, 2018, the UAE has introduced VAT at a customary rate of 5%, which is chargeable for products and services within the UAE. Also, we would like to bring to your notice that every order placed on JVDR FZ-LLC, — whether or not through the website, by phone, email, or personally at the workplace — from January 1st, 2018 will incur VAT wherever VAT is applicable.

Registered Matters • Procedures

  • The customer is sure that the information provided to the JVDR FZ-LLC, is accurate and up-to-date. The act of providing false or purposely omitting certain contact information, such as a Customer’s name, address, and/or telephone number when registering with JVDR FZ-LLC, is not acceptable and allowed. Also, disconnected or non-existent numbers are not permitted to be used by Customers as phone numbers
  • The JVDR FZ-LLC, will not be answerable or held responsible for delayed delivery resulting from wrong or incomplete contact and/or delivery information, supplied by the Customer during registration.
  • As a customer of JVDR FZ-LLC, you acknowledge and represent that you are an individual of at least 18 years of age, who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law.
  • Your order of any of our services will be handled and processed in such a way that is exclusive to our company’s method of handling and processing. However, should the data not be available in any way, there might be production delays, in turn causing delivery delays. JVDR FZ-LLC, will not be held responsible or liable for data that is not readily available.
  • The customer will be sent relevant notifications about the website service, product campaigns, or other forms of direct mail to the email address registered in the account.

Intellectual Property

This website is owned and operated by JVDR FZ-LLC. Unless otherwise noted, we own the copyright with respect to all content on the Website. Content on the website such as text, graphics, logos, trademarks, software server information, and anything else hosted on this site. All rights to content, services, and server information are reserved. A violation of our copyright has been done if any modification is made to the site content by a third party. Additionally, JVDR FZ-LLC may also contain other proprietary notices and copyright information of which the terms therein must be observed and followed.
The Customer shall not use our service to commit an infringement on the intellectual property rights of others, including any intellectual property rights on content such as images, fonts, and other files that may be uploaded by the customer to the site.

Customer Access Restriction

By accessing and using this website, you agree to the following restrictions:
  • Customers will not make use of the Website in any way that results in the violation of the Terms, whether intentionally or unintentionally, or in a manner contrary to or in violation of any applicable national, federal or local law, rule, or regulation having the force of law.
  • You will not use this website in any manner that could harm, infect, take over, disable, disrupt or otherwise impair any of our computer systems, including, however not restricted to, the servers, networks, or other related parts connected to or used for this web site, or in a very manner that's unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, abusive, obscene, invasive of other’s privacy, hateful, fallacious or malicious.
  • You will not interfere with the other party’s use of this website, or of any of the content, info or services provided on this website.

Storage File Responsibilities

  • By assessing our site you are providing us with information, files, data (“your files”) that you submit through E-mail or any other mode of communication. We do not claim any possession or exclusivity of your files, your files are still 100% yours. These terms do not grant us rights to your files, except for the few rights required to run the service. You give us permission that extends to trusted third parties we use to provide the services.
  • We do not hold or save your print data for a long period of time.
  • JVDR FZ-LLC will not be accountable for maintaining and protecting all of your files. We will not be liable for any loss or corruption of your files, or for any costs or expenses related to backing up or restoring any of your files.

Delivery Issues

𝗝𝗩𝗗𝗥 is a full-stack marketing and branding agency. The company focuses on developing Marketing Strategies, producing brand packages, implementing and running campaigns, offering in-house video production services, and business and e-commerce website creation. One of the key services is establishing and building brands and raising the value of their products and services. We have a thirty (30) day grace period where we hold onto your undelivered orders till we can re-deliver your order(s).
Orders with us that exceed the 30 day grace period will be discarded. JVDR FZ-LLC, will not welcome claims for reworks or (partial/full) refunds for orders that have been disposed of after the thirty-day grace period, including but not limited to the following situations:
  • The customer does not respond or reply to our multiple attempts at contact and delivery.
  • The customer is constantly away / out of the office, does not show a deliberate attempt in trying to coordinate a schedule to receive printed items.
  • Customers are abroad on business/personal matters for an extended period of time.
If the JVDR FZ-LLC team is unable to reach a customer to deliver services and has to discard your designs/website/ads/content because the grace period runs out, we will not be held responsible for the disposal. Should the customer need or want the designs/website/ads/content after they have been discarded, the customer would have to request a new order for the disposed of items, and pay the full price.

Exchange or Return of Goods

1. JVDR FZ-LLC stands for our quality printing and service. If you are not satisfied with your recent purchase from us, please contact our customer service by phone or send us a mail within 7 business days from the date our services were delivered to you
2. All materials we create in producing your product are the property of JVDR FZ-LLC. Although these materials will not be sold or given to any third party, we reserve the authority and right to showcase some samples of our work which may include your designs at our digital platforms and physical office space. Please note the work we do for you will not be used without prior written consent for any advertising.
1. JVDR FZ-LLC is dedicated to the satisfaction of every customer and makes sure to do everything possible to ensure we deliver superior quality and service. We strongly implore our customers to check with our production department, prior to submitting their data. customers will be responsible for fixing any errors discovered in the process, authorizing us to work as-is or we can make necessary modifications or design adjustments for a small fee. Certain circumstances are beyond our control and not covered by this guarantee, including and not limited to:
  • Incorrect or invalid information.
  • We reserve the right to have you not utilize any of our digital work after refunding your order
  • JVDR FZ-LLC isn't answerable for any damages or claims incurred by you or your business caused by receiving content that is altered or incomplete.

Unforeseeable Circumstances

We shall not be held liable for experiencing delays in performance as a result of unforeseen or uncontrollable factors like strikes, lockouts, riots, floods, severe weather, earthquakes, fires, casualty, acts of God, acts of public enemy, epidemic, quarantine restrictions, freight embargo, lack of transportation, government restrictions of priority, litigation, insurrection, war, inability to obtain needed materials and other acts of failures beyond our control. During the continuance of any such event, the customer may by written notice to JVDR FZ-LLC elect to end the contract and pay for only work done and materials used, but subject thereto shall otherwise accept delivery when available.

  • Any claim that the content infringes the intellectual property rights of a third party.
  • Any break of warranty, representation, or obligation in or arising out of these Terms and Conditions.
  • Your use of the website is in violation of these terms and conditions; and
  • Arising from your use or conduct on the website.
These terms and conditions shall be judged by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai and therefore the parties agree that any legal actions, proceedings, or disputes associated with the use of the website and this Agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Termination; Breach of This Agreement

JVDR FZ-LLC reserves the right to discontinue the support and/or terminate business relations in instances of libel, defamation, abusive, profane, harassing, or otherwise offensive language — whether in person, over the phone, or by correspondence. Any rude, harsh, or explicit behavior of a client towards any of JVDR FZ-LLC’s Support members will lead to termination of services for the client or customer involved in the incident. Customers are expected to communicate to the support team in a dignified manner and not use any form of inappropriate communication (including profanity). You agree that JVDR FZ-LLC may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, terminate your account, your access to the service, and/or block your future access to the Service. By way of example, but not by way of limitation, we may terminate your access to the Service and/or block your future access to the Service. If we determine you have violated this agreement or other agreements or guidelines that may be associated with your use of the service, please note that it is JVDR FZ-LLC’s policy to terminate the accounts of customers who repeatedly violate the intellectual property rights of third parties.
If JVDR FZ-LLC initiates any legal proceeding against you as a result of a breach in the Agreement, JVDR FZ-LLC will be entitled to collect and recover from you, and you agree to pay, all reasonable attorney fees and costs of such action, as well as any other relief granted to JVDR FZ-LLC.
